In 2012 Claudia began her career as a Realtor while living in South Florida. Claudia currently resides in Alachua County, Florida, where she provides her sellers, buyers, renters, and investors not only her knowledge and experience as a realtor, but her intimate knowledge of the Gainesville and surrounding areas. Claudia has the experience and expertise in the closing of residential real estate transactions that was acquired during her previous years of assisting a local Real Estate Attorney in numerous transactions. Claudia’s passion for volunteer work with the Junior ROTC program at one of the local High school and her involvement as a Global Ambassador of the Perthes Kids Foundation, shows her interest and dedication to the community she serves and lives in. Claudia possesses a Master's Degree in Business Administration that gives her education background, negotiation, and people skills to assist you in any of your real estate needs that you may have.
